Our Mission:

Redlands Automotive Diagnostics’ mission is to assist its students in acquiring and developing skills within an existing student's particular automotive profession. The courses are presented and offered as continuing education programs. The programs are not represented to lead to employment. They are offered to provide participants with advanced skills in a variety of auto service areas.

Admissions Requirements

Students must be actively involved in the automotive industry. 

 Hours of Operation

The school director may be contacted from 9:AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

English Language Policy

All instruction is provided in English. This institution does not offer English as a Second Language or other English programs.
 

Financing Assistance

This institution does not assist students in obtaining financing from a third party.

 
Completion Requirements

Students must complete all coursework and attend 100% of all class hours of instruction to receive a signed graduation certificate.

 

Complaint Resolution Statement

If you experience any difficulty, please contact the school director. He will try to resolve any complaint you may have. However, should you still be unsatisfied with the results, you may contact the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education in Sacramento.

Student Disclosure Statements

To protect your rights as a student, we offer the following information.

 

1.      You are to receive a copy of this catalog prior to your signing an enrollment agreement or contract.

 

2.      The contract or agreement you sign shall not become operative (enforceable) until you attend the first class or session of instruction.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Per 94822 of the CEC: This institution, for all students, without penalty or obligation, shall refund 100 percent of the amount paid for institutional charges, less a reasonable deposit or application fee not to exceed $100, if notice of cancellation is made prior to or on the first day of instruction. If you cancel your enrollment, please do so in writing. Deliver your notice to cancel to the school, and direct it to the attention of the school director.

 

Thereafter, no refunds of tuition are made by this institution.

Per 94823 of the CEC: If you arrive for your first scheduled class and decide to cancel your enrollment, you may do so and receive a full refund of tuition paid. For example, if you paid $250 for a program of instruction and paid a $100 registration fee, you would receive a refund of $250, and the school would retain your registration fee of $100, which is not refundable. Or, for example, if you paid $250 for a program of instruction and paid a $100 registration fee, attended half the program and then decided to withdraw, no refund would be due.

 

Per 94824 of the CEC: If you are entitled to a refund, the refund is to be made within 30 days of the date the school is notified of your cancellation.

 

Institutional Registration Disclosure

We are registered with the State of California. Registration means we have met certain minimum standards imposed by the state for registered schools on the basis of our written application to the state. Registration does not mean we have met all of the more extensive standards required by the state for schools that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information we submitted with our registration forms.

 

Student Tuition Recovery Fund Statement

This institution does not participate in the Student Tuition Recovery Fund.
